The straightforward terms that apply when Trueblue Pool Co. services your pool or spa.

This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) describes the terms that apply when Trueblue Pool Co. (“Trueblue,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides pool and spa cleaning, maintenance, or related services to you (“the customer”). By scheduling or accepting service from Trueblue, you agree to these terms. We keep them simple on purpose. If anything here is unclear, just ask us.
Trueblue provides pool and spa services in the Hattiesburg, MS area, which may include recurring cleaning visits, water testing and chemical balancing, filter cleaning, algae treatment, minor repairs, and seasonal opening and closing. The specific services included in your plan or visit are those described in your quote or invoice. Work outside the agreed scope, such as additional repairs or extra treatments, will always be discussed and priced with you before it is performed.
Recurring service is performed on a regular schedule agreed with you. You do not need to be home during service, but we do need safe, unobstructed access to the pool or spa area and equipment on your scheduled day. This includes unlocked gates (or a gate code provided to us) and pets secured away from the work area. If we arrive and cannot safely access the pool, we will contact you to reschedule the visit.
We test and adjust water chemistry using professional products applied at appropriate rates. After certain treatments, such as shock or algae treatment, we may advise you to stay out of the water for a period of time. Please follow any wait-time guidance we give you; it exists for your safety.
South Mississippi weather does not always cooperate. If severe weather, lightning, or unsafe conditions prevent us from completing a visit, we will complete what can safely be done, reschedule, or roll the work into the next visit, and we will communicate with you either way. Heavy storms can undo a fresh cleaning; debris that lands in the pool after we leave is not a service defect, but let us know and we will make it right on the next visit.
Our pricing is flat and transparent: the price we quote you is the price you pay for the services quoted. Invoices are due upon receipt unless we have agreed to other terms with you in writing. If an account becomes past due, we may pause service until the balance is settled. We will always talk with you before pausing anything.
Life happens. If you need to skip or move a visit, just give us as much notice as you can and we will work with you. There are no long-term contracts: you may cancel recurring service at any time by contacting us, and we simply ask for notice before your next scheduled visit. Any services already performed will be billed as normal.
We treat your pool, spa, and equipment with care. However, Trueblue is not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, defects, or conditions present before our service began, including aging equipment, surface damage, leaks, or improperly installed components. If we notice a problem with your equipment during a visit, we will tell you about it and discuss options before doing any repair work.
We stand behind our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with a service visit, contact us within a reasonable time and we will come back and make it right at no additional charge.
Trueblue carries insurance and performs all work to professional standards. Our responsibility is limited to damage directly caused by our negligence during service. We are not liable for issues arising from conditions outside our control, including weather events, power or equipment failures not caused by us, water source quality, or damage caused by third parties, pets, or pool use between visits.
Pool chemicals and equipment can be hazardous. Please keep children and pets away from the pool area during service visits and away from any chemicals or equipment we may stage while working. Never allow anyone to swim while service is being performed.
We may update this Agreement from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Changes apply to services performed after they are posted. Your continued use of our services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
